Document
The recipient may use confidential information solely to evaluate the project.
This example shows how one clause could be reviewed. The full agreement still needs to be considered.
Review notes
Use of the confidential information is limited to evaluating the project.
Where does the agreement define “confidential information”?
Illustrative interface and content, not a live product output.
PRODUCTS
Our first product centres on contract reading. Case-file summaries and drafting preparation are the planned next steps in the same review workflow.
Explore what a clause means, the obligations it contains, and the wording that needs clarification.
Bring events, dates, and important points together with references to the underlying documents.
Turn reviewed material into working notes, questions, and drafts for a legal professional to assess.
THE WORKFLOW WE’RE DESIGNING
Our initial aim is to support review of documents that users export from UYAP and provide themselves. Direct UYAP access, UETS synchronisation, and automatic filing are not current features.
Bring together the document and the question you are working on.
Assess explanations and summaries alongside the passages they refer to.
Complete open questions and draft notes with professional assessment.
Use cases
Illustrative scenarios showing the intended use. These are not customer references or results from completed pilots.
INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT · NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
A consultant reads a non-disclosure agreement before receiving project details. They want to understand how they may use the information.
The sample clause
“The recipient may use confidential information solely to evaluate the project.”
The stated purpose is limited to evaluating the project. Understanding which information is covered also requires reading the agreement’s definition.
What does the agreement include within “confidential information”?
SMALL TEAM · SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION
A team is reviewing its software subscription agreement. They want to understand what the automatic renewal clause says.
The sample clause
“The subscription renews for one year unless written notice is given at least 30 days before the current term ends.”
The sample clause specifies written notice and a 30-day period. A calendar date requires the current term’s end date; the notice method requires the relevant section of the agreement.
When does the current term end, and to whom and how must written notice be sent?

There is no active direct integration. The first planned UYAP workflow is limited to reviewing documents that users export and provide themselves. Automatic synchronisation and official filing are not offered.
We intend to link explanations and summaries to passages in user-provided documents, so reviewers can return to the source. An AI output alone is not a guarantee of accuracy or legal suitability.
This information website has no document upload facility. Before any pilot, we will share the data-processing terms, including access permissions, retention and deletion periods, model providers, and any use for training. An initial conversation can cover your needs without sharing documents.
No. We are developing Hummingvale to assist document review and preparation. Applicable law, the complete case context, and advice tailored to a particular situation require a legal professional’s assessment.
Individual and Team pricing, usage limits, and any trial terms will be announced before early access. No price or free-trial offer has been announced yet.
